Question about 1996 Dodge Grand Caravan
New coil, new (flashed) PCM, new MAP, CRK & CAM sensors operating, pressure on fuel rail, spark at plugs but will not start or even fire. Any ideas??
I think I would check the basics first. Run a Compression test. If.you get a low reading you might want to see if your timing chain jumped time. Be sure.you.have proper residents at the Crank and Cam Sensor. Also check for proper sensor Alignment. I'm assuming this van has high miles.

Are the injectors operating and supplying fuel to the engine?

CHECK PRESSURE & TIME THE AMOUNT OF FUEL COMING FROM THE OUTPUT OF YOUR FURL PUMP, THEN COMPARE TO OEM...id check &/or clran [replace?] your fuel filter first...

If you have replace new cam sensor with no sparks and the coil are good putting out 12 volt, my guess would be the computer it self faulty. cam sensor sense the cam turning and send info to computer telling computer to disperse the charge from the coil pack to the plugs assuming relay, cam sensor, coil, plugs, and wires are good. make sure the cam sensor is put in properly and position.

You have just about replaced everything that would cause a no start situation. Without being able to do any further testing, the only other thing that could cause that is the timing belt, check that, it could be worn, stretched out, and slipping. Good luck.
