Why does the temperature reach 90 on the dial, whats the normal temp .

    1. The Mercedes-Benz C-Class line of compact vehicles provides the German brand with a price point model for showrooms. The C-Class enjoys the trickle down effect of the innovations launched in more expensive Mercedes models such as the E-Class and the S-Class. The W204-bodied C300 was introduced for the 2008 model year and remains in production with the same specifications as of the 2011 model year.
    2. Drivetrain
    3. The Mercedes-Benz C300 is powered by a naturally aspirated, V6 engine with 3.0 liters of displacement. This motor has a 24-valve double overhead cam (DOHC) design with a 3.46-inch bore, a 3.23-inch stroke and a compression ratio of 11.3:1. Output for this engine is rated at 228 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and 221 pound-feet of torque at 2,700 rpm. Mercedes offers this compact luxury sedan with a choice of a six-speed manual or a seven-speed automatic transmission.
    4. Exterior Dimensions
    5. The C300 sits on a 108.7-inch wheelbase with an overall body length of 182.3 inches and width of 69.7 inches. The C300 Sport model has an overall height of 56.3 inches with a 60.4-inch front track and a 59.6-inch rear track, while the C300 Luxury model is 56.9 inches high with a 60.7-inch front track and a 60.8-inch rear track. Both trim levels of the Mercedes-Benz C300 offer 35.6-foot turning diameters.
    6. Interior Dimensions
    7. The Mercedes-Benz C300's cabin provides 88.2 cubic feet of passenger space with a trunk that offers 12.4 cubic feet of luggage room. Front-seat occupants are provided 37.1 inches of headroom, 41.7 inches of legroom, 54.7 inches of shoulder room and 52.3 inches of hip room. Rear-seat passengers are afforded 36.9 inches of headroom, 33.4 inches of legroom, 55.1 inches of shoulder room and 54.9 inches of hip room.
    8. Safety
    9. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (HTSA) frontal impact crash test resulted in four-star ratings (out of a possible five stars) for driver and passenger protection. This vehicle also earned a four-star rating in the NHTSA's rollover test, while the administration's side impact crash test resulted in five-star ratings. The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) frontal offset impact crash test earned the C300 a "Good" overall rating, which is the highest rating given by the IIHS.
