Question about 1997 Buick LeSabre
Some of the warning lights on my recently purchased 97 Buick Lesabre Ltd -- across the top of the dashboard -- do not light up when the car is first turned on. This leads me to think that one or more bulbs are burned out. In particular, I do not see a light for the ABS braking system.
These warning lights are displayed under a visor or hood-like plastic shell that runs across the top of the dashboard. I cannot see how the visor is opened or how to get to the warning lights' lightbulbs to change them.
Any suggestions? Thanks.
Bulbs do burn out, but the dash will have places that are not always used for all models. i.e. if your car doesn't have ABS that light will not be used. To replace the bulbs you will need to remove the instrument cluster from the dash. its not to hard to do yourself, two phillips screwdrivers and some patience
