I just replaced the low-beam bulb on my 2003 Chevy Trailblazer. The grill just needs to be loosed slightly. Then, raise two L shaped brackets, one on each side. For the inside one, I needed to use a flathead screwdriver to get to it. The light assembly can then be pulled out. Remove the rubber cover and rotate the bulb one quarter turn left to release it. Pull out the bulb, replace with a new one ($11.50) from Advance Auto Parts, and reverse the process. Once I figured it out, took about 10 minutes total.

SOURCE: How to replace starter on
if it is a 4.2 jack the truck up remove the driver side wheel along wiht the iner mud sheild. reach in and unbolt you will be removing the starter though the same hole you are reaching though. Ps do not forget to disconect battery.
make sure the bendex is in the correct position before you install or the wires will be a pain to reinstall. I had to do mine today took about 1.5 hours.

Check the relay in the relay/fuse box under the hood. There should be a diagram either on top of the cover or under the cover to tell which relay it is just like your internal fuse box.
