2000 Kia Sephia check engine light

Can anyone explain how to change the check engine light? Is it difficult to do? Apparently mine is on but bulb is burnt out. I was told that both times I had inspected. Failed first time, fixed problem, codes still read the same thing. Shows misfire in cylindar 3, but it is driving fine now. second inspection had same codes, but they said our light was still out and needed to fix that so we would know if on or off. We had driven over 125 miles and the computer still won't reset. Any ideas as to what we can do?

My lights inside my 2000 kia sephia are coming off and on...mostly off what should i do?

Sounds like it maybe in one of the door switches. Role all the windows down turn on the ignition switch, get someone to sit in the car and watch the light. Close all the doors then grab the door and push and pull hard on the door. If the light flickers or come on the problem will be in that door switch. If neither happened jiggle and or tap on the switch for dome light. This seems a little far-fetched but change the bulb just in case the element in the bulb is broke and sometimes it makes connection.

My back lights will not turn on same as my dash lights. I have checked the fuses not sure if all were checked.

You should check the wires for the back lights if everything is good then try changing the bulbs. As for the dash lights i have a 98 sephia and there is a scrolling light switch on the left side near the vent and i thought i had a problem too but it was just the brightness for the dash lights was all the way down.

My kia sephia 2000 turn signal comes on and then stops alot then after driving for awhile it comes on normal can you tell me whats wrong

I have a 2000 kia sephia, i have went through 3 alternaters including brand new in 2 days. The alternaters are not charging my battery and burning the alternaters up with in minutes of putting them on. My engine light is blinking about 40 times. When i turn the trun signals on my speedometer an rpm gage jump up and down.
