Fan suddenly stopped. Very little heat. Window fogs up.

No smell. ....It makes no sense to me but, the label is there, and indicates there is a heater fuse, but, within the box, there is no space for the fuse in question???

The fan/blower has permanently stopped working

    Will try tomorrow.
    Thanks lots.

I would think the 'heater' or 'blower motor' fuse would be located in the fuse block inside the car, but there is another fuse box under the hood, I believe it's next to the battery. U may have to remove the cover to see fuse identification. My question about burning smell was to determine if blower motor itself died, but what u answered would indicate that probably it is a blown fuse.

I'm not familiar w/ your Mazda, but I did check one source online that says the label to identify fuses in your model is on the cover of the fuse box. Did u check there, or is the label missing, or? One other question, did u smell any type of 'burning' smell when the blower quit? Trying to determine if it's a fuse or the fan motor.

Is the fan working, just no hot air? What does the engine temp indicate after warm up, cold, normal, hot?

I found out that the 626 model has a relay for the blower motor on the drivers side firewall (in engine compartment). Not sure if it's the same location as yours, but a bad relay could be the problem.

Hi , I have a 2009 Ford E250 van and all of a sudden the switch that controls the blower motor doesnt activate the blower. I have heat if the vehicle is moving , but its not blowing heat from the vent

check for a good ground for the blower motor as if you have 12 volts at the motor it indicates a problem motor or no ground wire to complete the circuit

Blower (a/c & heat) stopped working on 2008 Pontiac Vibe. No heat or a/c.

Could be a bad connection at one of the fuses, or a coincidence and has nothing to do with the fuses. It could be the blower motor, resistor, or a connection somewhere.
You would need to check the blower fuse for power with a meter and then the blower motor when it fails to run.

AC/ Heat is working defrost not working

sounds like a short some where, start by replacing fuse, leave a/c off, turn heat on, does it blow fuse? if yes then bad blower motor. if heat rruns then turn on a/c if that blows fuse then you might have bad a/c compressor . start there. hope this helps.

No heat or no air volume? No heat may mean no coolant! check it now! Your 4.2 wont stand for being overheated. No volume, check the fuse, if ok then turn on you fan and check for voltage at the electrical connector at the blower motor (under the glovebox). If you dont have a test light, tap the blower motor . If that kicks it to life you need a blower motor.
