Install the cam sprocket, timing chain, and timing chain cover. Make sure the dot on the crankshaft gear is pointing towards the center of the Camshaft gear bolt. Make sure the hole in the Camshaft gear is pointing towards the center of the crankshaft. Be sure to remove the nail holding the chain tensoner back, before installing the timing cover The round hole in the cam gear is the alignment mark

I suggest that you visit the autozone.com website and register the car. It doesn't cost anything and you will have access to an online repair manual for the car. The info on the timing chain should be available there. It's a handy resource. Hope this helped and best wishes.

This engine uses a timing chain not a belt, the 2.2 liter uses a blet, a chain has no set tikme to change, they las the life of the engine.
