What was the original problem, My cars turn signal and hazards both went out at the same time. Is the relay for the turn signal the same for the hazards also? I pulled out 2 relays, a black one with 5 prongs and a whilte one that wqas next to it with 3 prongs, I think that one is for the horn but not positive. SOURCE: Turn signals and 4-way flashers do not work - 1997 Buick Century

Time to change the flasher unit, it's usually close to the drivers side of vehicle and behind a fuse box access panel and will have something like "12v 23/98W " on it. It's a largish cube shaped componant and may be water damaged !

SOURCE: location of turn signal flasher for 1997 Buick skylark

the flasher is behind the dash where the steering column goes. It's hard to get at and harder to remove. They just can't make these things easy, can they?

Have a 1997 Buick Skylark Has tail lights but no Brake, turn or hazard lights don't hear the flashers.

Hi,
If you check the brake switch first, pull connecter off and see if you have 12 volts on one side of the plug. if you have power use a small cotter pin and jump the connector the brake light should come on with the 3rd brake light also. If that doesn't work more than likely its your turn signal switch that is the culprit.

97 buick skylark, left turn signals lit and normal, but right turn signals although lit, blink faster than left, all bulbs and 10a mini fuse good, my question is WTF is with the rapid blinking right side...

Try removing all the bulbs and ckean them and the sockets they may not be making good contact..if this doesn't do it..have someone check for a ground in the system..sometimes a ground will overload the flasher itself and close and open quicker due to the ground..good luck.

1968 buick skylark's turn signals stoped working. The flasher still works what could be the problem?

The main components are the flasher and the switch.
You would need to check for power in and out of the turn signal switch.

The brake lights work but the turn signals don't!! Have checked the fuses and bulbs, but not finding the problem

Fuses and bulbs OK, but wires? Additionally I suggest keep in mind that turn signals work with FLASHER devices (two independent) on 1993 Buick Skylark..

Application: Turn signal
Flasher is located: Front seating area, driver side, under dash, driver side of steering column, mounted on support bracket

Application: Hazard flasher
Flasher is located: Front seating area, driver side, under dash, above kick panel, mounted in top of convenience panel

Hope this helps (remember to rate and comment this answer).
