Find the horn around the radiator area you probably had a dirt dobber build a nest in it , Tap it with something to try and break it loose also some horns have a phillips head screw in the center that can be adjusted to change it as well.

Security horn keeps going off 2 to 3 times a day without cause could the battery be low in remote its a 2007 elantra

Low remote battery shouldn't cause this issue. However a weak vehicle battery can. I would start with that and if it is ok then there is a fault with the alarm brain and a dealer will be required to have it repaired.

Horn in 2009 focus sound weak

Check that the two wire connectors are firmly pressed into the metal tabs on the horn. If not, your battery could be low (but your engine would barely turn over if your horn is so weak). Most likely, your horn is nearly dead (the permanent magnets in your horn have gone bad from rust - water damage- or too much heat).

Horn not working

or it is the horn, and that has gone bad. Could also be low voltage getting to the horn.
You should have a relay separate from the fuse for it.
Find that relay and swap it with another one of the same size.
like, if the power windows or headlights are the same part number for the relay, just switch them for the test.
if the relay is not the problem, and the horn itself is a no go, the problem could be in the steering wheel/horn ring. under the airbag.

hope this puts you on the right track

The horn will not work on my 96 mercury grand marquis. The horn makes a sound when locking the door with the remote keys, but it will not work when pushing on the steering wheel. I've checked both...

Your horn contact in the steering assembly probably uses what is called a 'slip-ring' type contact and the 'ring' which is part of the steering wheel itself may be contaminated or the stationary contact, which uses low-pressure spring material, is either worn or the spring has grown weak. You will have to gain access to the inside of the steering wheel center section to check this.
Also, unless you have actually electrically tested the horn relay, I would check for a relay with the same part number (should be stamped into the case) and temporarily swap them. Your security system may employ a separate relay to sound the horn when locking or unlocking.

HOrn makes a noise but very weak noise. should i replace the horn or horn relay?

Run a thick wire straight from the battery to the positive terminal of the horn. If the horn sounds normal, replace the relay. If the horn is still weak, locate the adjustment screw and play with that to try improve the tone, if that does not work or if there is no screw, replace the horn,

2009 Yaris Sedan has a REALLY WEAK horn, what is the best choice that will replace the original with no major alteration with relays, fuses, ect... need something easy and effective.

Before you go buying a new horn make sure you check the relay switch to the horn if it has a weak connection the horn of course will be weak also you may want to check if there's a loose connection. Hope this was helpful

Good Luck =)

Weak sounding horn when cold

If you can remove the horn, spray some wd40 or other solvent into it and turn it so that the solvent will run into the center. Usually that will free it up. Or, just get another from a junkyard!
