check the vacuum line on the right side of the engine. There should be an elbow connector connecting the line to the engine. Does interior fan only come out of the defroster vents by chance?

May be bad horn. Get a 12 volt test light or multi-meter and attach to the horn wire at the horn. Have a helper press the horn. If you have 12 volts when it is pressed, horn itself is bad. Otherwise, may be bad horn relay. Horn cover should pull off.

SOURCE: can not find the correct
you can try the dealer they will have it in stock or will order it.i found 1 for my 89 6 cyl at advance auto parts in a small section where the vacume line connectors and window crank knobe are by the oil section.if u have the old 1 its easier to mach up, or u can use a piece of paper and trace the diameter of the whole and compare it to the new grommets center diameter.

try pushing the knob down onto the shifter a little bit then try and shift. Sometimes if that knob is raised even a little bit it will be locked in park. Can't be 100% sure without seein it but worth a shot. Hope that helps you.
