SOURCE: Changed transmission and ever since then it keeps stalling once warmed up

More than likely something was disturbed accidentally,a connector to a sensor,a sensor itself, possibly even a vacuum line, although a vacuum leak will usually result in a high idle, but an engine that wants to stall,so visually check all these items. At this point,i would do the visual checks, and also scan the vehicle for any possible trouble codes,as a trouble code will point in the direction of the problem.Places like Auto Zone will pull the codes for free.

SOURCE: No codes, but stalls at idle in park once vehicle; 2.7L

most common cause for stalling on tick over is usually a vacuum air leak. check all the smaller vacuum pipes under the bonnet for leaks or perhaps one may have come off.

2004 jeep liberty, starts fine, no problem. once I turn it off, come back in less then 20 mts. turn it back on, then it stalls

this can be caused by TPS sensor. i faced same stiuation. after it is warming up, TPS on throtle opening is also getting warm and loosing its internat resistance. So engine computer cant decide on the ratio of opening and lost power. Another item which may cause similar thing is the crank position sensor. Replace both. They are cheap and you can buy aftermarket product too, buy crank sensor Mopar branded if available.

Why does my 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe stalls in cold weather randomly

Vehicle batteries tend to die during cold weather months since more amperage(power) is required to turn over the engine.

i know this may sound stupid but if your battery is old or a little weak on this vehicle the idle air control solenoid will act speradicley hunting for were it should be and the vehicle will stall.replace battery
