i was replacing my fuse for my radio and thought id check all the rest the same time.. but forgot to turn off the ignition.. as i peplaced the fuse it spark and now the fuel gauge wont work and the car wont start? ive checked the fuse and its not blown. could it be the relay?

The fuel pump is always controlled by a relay. The relay is controlled by the ignition switch and some sort of safety cut out. But once you locate the relay, you can look at the diagram on its side, and figure out how to temporarily jumper the pump to on. But you will still have to figure out if the relay is bad, there is no ignition voltage, or if there is an inertial accident sensor that needs to be reset.
