Sorry, It's not reparable. You have to change it the new one. This price is very high. If your car hasn't warranty, I suggest you, use a portable DVD-USB player with an FM trasmitter in your car. I know it isn't sounds good, but I had the same problem and I have changed the CD player to a new one (it was terrible prize, of course) and I never use CD and DVD since that time. I use mp3 -usb combo only and i haven't any problem. I hope this help.

Purchase a CD player cleansing disc which should clean the eye reader in your player- The cleansing disc comes with an alcohol wipe that that you apply before inserting the eye reader cleansing disc- Good Luck!
Try this to eject cartridge
PRESS AND HOLD eject button
Insert credit card under cartridge, push firmly in,then move left/right
Try several times ,what it does is locate a micro switch which sticks
This works on all cd stackers providing it has no other problems
well with the issue you have you could pull the unit out and see if you can open it and check the guts for broke or missing parts but is would be easier to just replace with with a salvage cd/radio. just remember to get the Vin# so you can get the lock code if it locks.that would be for the new one.
