Ok... using a digital ohmeter (if you don't have a scan tool) check the throttle position sensor, mass air flow sensor and the manifold pressure sensor (MAP). Instructions for testing are too long for me to write them out, but can be found in any decent repair manual. As a last resort, you can swap parts from another known good vehicle (maybe from a friend) this won't damage anything unless you break something during r&r. I'm leaning towards the tps, but on this electronic junk, everything feeds off of everything else and it's easy to get fooled... could even be the crank sensor. Sorry to be so vauge but without being there and driving/testing myself I can't honestly be positive enough for a definite answer. (you did change the fuel filter, right?)

The dealership has at their disposal far more and better testing equipment than most normal repair shops...their technicians are supposed to be well trained and competent...Yet, in one week you note that they did about a half days actual work and in doing what they did, have not repaired your problem? Who is working on the vehicle...the janitor or a lube tech? And, I'll bet that they are going to charge you for not fixing it!!! You would likely do better getting yourself a decent manual and a digital volt/ohm meter, and going through the system item by item till you find it yourself. Or see if you can find a decent independent shop that specializes in Jeeps in your area...You may do better there. There isn't enough info for me to offer anything meaningful, but often the problem is common to a bad crank sensor, ignition switch or auto shutdown relay...but without real testing, I could be way off with this. Also...don't forget there is an engine underneath the electronics that needs to be checked as well.

If you haven't changed the plugs or had the fuel system cleaned, now would be a good time to do it. The number 1 culprit for rough idles is dirty injectors or plugs. You can try an injector cleaner in a can (or bottle) for under $10 and see if it helps, and then work from there. If there isn't any improvement then if you are able to, check the plugs for any gunky buildup and if you find a bad plug, make sure you replace them all (or have them replaced) at the same time.

p0340 is the cam shaft sensor, this will cause it to cut off while driving, hardtime starting, p0351 is the ignition coil A primary/secondary curcuit mal function. p1391 is ignition system misfire, this could be plugs, wires, or coils. first of all have the cam sensor changed and it may correct the rest of the codes. when fixed turn light off with obd2 scanner. if you do not have one, then any auto parts store will erase the codes fo free of charge.

yes this sounds normal, the ecu is located at the left hand side and when the engine is switched off the noise is the ecu shutting all the componants down.
