Almost certainly blend motor failure. The heater matrix has several blend motors which divert hot or cold air the vents you select. The problem is, the buggers fail. Their £200 each and a nightmare to get to. Unless you actually want to remove your entire dash i suggest you put up with it. I understand a garage will charge about £1500.

It turned out to be a broken wire on the injector which was causing a bad connection,now running better than before.
The cold was just a coincidence.

if you are quick and good with a wrench you can remove them and then plug it the spot temporarly but you will still make a bit of a mess, but if you really dont want to drain all the oil then yes you can

The last one of these I saw the filter was in the tank.This is after checking the manual that said it was in the RH rear wheel arch.

Almost none of the above is necessary. If it's a petrol engine, remove the top fan cowl (clipped). Remove the fan and viscous coupling - undo the nut in the same direction that the fan rotates. Unclip and remove the remaining fan shroud. Disconnect the top and bottom radiator hoses. Undo one bolt either side near the bottom of the radiator. Lift the radiator out. I can pull mine out in about 5 minutes - I've done it a number of times..

CLUTCH PROBLEMS RANGE ROVER P38


hi im having the similar problem with my range rover p38 2.5td , i was on my way home i went from 3rd to 4th and then when i went to 5th the pedal went straight to the floor and it wont go into gear as there is no bite on the pedal at all. i thought it would need bleeding so i did so and nothing happened can anyone help.
