I you remove the valve cover if you move the rocker and some got more play then others they need to be removed first run the engine and try to hear were the noise come from let say you hear noise on the driver side so our problem is in those lifter good luck pierre

sounds like one of the parts they replaced is bad first thing to do is have it scanned to see what the check engine light is on for then let me know i would say bad wire or plug that was installed and what kind of plugs they put in it
