drop the transmission oil pan and drain it and replace the filter...
If you have over 100,000 miles and have never had a transmission flush before, don't do one now. just do a drain and fill. if that doesn't help, you might need a rebuild.

I have an 06 impala i havent change the transmision oil and is black. i know i have to that. but if i change that wil it run like new? is it worth takin it to dealer and pay 500 dollars? or do i need a new...

You can change it and see what happens if the fluid is black it is considered burnt . Here the test is it slipping? Then it will need to be rebuilt. If there is no slippage then just go ahead a replace the fluid and the filter

When changing the transmision filter how much fkuid do I need to put back in the transmision after the new filter is in

Figure on having on hand about 12 quarts, but always use the dip stick to check the fluid level...I know they are hard to read, but if you have some old carbon paper that we use to use before computer, you can wipe the paper on the stick and it is a trick to be able to see fluid on the stick better.

How can i change the transmision oil?

You have to drop the transmission pan and it's a mess. Or you can take get to a service center and let them do it for about $129 - $200 which they will flush the trans out and put a filter and new gasket back on it and fill it up with trans fluid.
