They have different master cylinders and different proportioning valves. Other than that, it's a slam dunk.

check the setting on the automatic choke . loosen the 3 screws on the mounting ring and turn the cap a few points to allow the choke to come off earlier.. If it is heated by pipes from the manifold ensure that the hot air is getting to the choke operating bi-metal spring. If electric ensure that the current is getting to the heater in the cap.

1989 chevey blaser fan will not blow.

Yes, the 1984 Rampage does have a fan clutch. When it engages at lower RPMs, it helps to keep proper airflow through the radiator and A/C condenser. Typically, it disengages as you pick up speed (and quiets down) but reengages again when you come back down to idle for a while. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Wiper module

You have a panel on the fire wall where the wiper motor is connected. There is a 3" by 3" panel on the wiper assembly is connect to. It is helt on 3 to 4 torque bit screws. behind there is the module panel electronic board. Just change it out, or get a magnifie glass and you will see a crack solder. Put flux on the crack and heat up with solder iron, and you will fix it yourself.
