it is inside the tank attached to the fuel pump assembly that part is available seperatly but if you have 100k or more i would replace the whole assembly

Most parts retailers can tell you what the pressure should be from the pump or what pressure the pump is rated to put out. If pressure is low from the fuel pump- replace it.

Repacing fuel pump on 2000 mercury grand marquis

All Fuel Pumps are inside the fuel tank

Have to drop the tank down & remove pump
from the top

Been that way for 25 years

First you have to diagnose the real problem
Can't assume the pump is bad

Where is the fuel pump located in a Mercury Grand Marquis 1988, engine or fuel tank?

All vehicles that have fuel injection,that would
be, most vehicles from 1985 on,the fuel pump
is in the gas tank.
