Trying doing a Compression test. Check to make sure the plug isn't fouling. Make sure your injector and coil is firing.

Probably an aftermarket part... if not, then I would call your mechanic for further diagnostic

SOURCE: 2002 Jeep Liberty headlights blink

I have the same problem. I had it when I turned on my Blinker and turned. When the switch in the steering wheel turn the blinker off it made my head lights blink sometimes. It has to do with the switch that controls the blinker and the head lights. It does not happen all the time.

SOURCE: Where is location of cooling fan relay?

Under the hood on the drivers side, just forward of the shock tower, you will see what is called an "under hood fuse center". On the cover you can see the various fuses and relays that are located in the fuse center.
One of those relays is the coolant fan relay. Remove the top cover of the fuse center to gain access to the relay.
Hope this answers your question, good luck.
Regards,

SOURCE: replaced cooling fan relays, the cooling fan

remove the cooling fan relay you should have power on the pink and black wire and the solid red wire going to the base for the relay if you do then check then turn the a/c on and check for your ground sigal from the darkgreen and white wire if no ground you have a bad fan control module located on the right side of the engine compartment

If your fan is not fixed mount but free spinning, the clutch on the mounting center of the fan is slipping too much, in other words there is not enough fan rotation at higher RPM,s

Mi jeep liberty 2002 fan doesn't turn on although i disconnect the temperature sensor, i have understood that if i disconnect it, the fan should turn on all time but it doesnt, i dont know what happens...

Having similar problem with an 03 Liberty. Replaced Radiator Cooling Fan Relay $82 and drill new mounting hole. Fan will not run after shutting off engine, so I'm thinking I have a bad thermostat or a bad cooling temperature sensor. Heading to the parts store now.

your clutch on cooling fan could be faulty or your radiators cores is blocked and restricted.also grilled could be blocked restricting air flow.

I have a 2003 Jeep Liberty. The radiator cooling fan stopped working and the car almost overheated. I replaced the relay with the new style with the cooling pins and the fan now comes on, though...

no but there are a couple of cooling fan switches that could be causing your problem both are mounted on the motor one near the thermostat housing the other will be in the block one near the thermostat usually controls the fans.

Radiator cooling fan not working what should i check besides fuses?

Check the cooling fan relay. It is mounted on top of the left front wheel well, under the hood next to the engine. It has been a common prob I've found. I ordered the replacement relay from a dealer and did the work myself. The new relay is upgraded, so I had to drill a new hole for the mounting, the new part came with a template. If you have some tech ability, it shouldnt be too hard, just a small space to work in. Total cost was around $100.00.

Air conditioning liberty 2002

I had the same problem. The cooling fan relay blew, along eith the harness. Chec and see if the cooling fan kicks on and cycles after a few minutes of running with the a/c on. If it doesn't, it is probably the relay not kicking it on. Cost me about $100.00 to do myself, ordered the replacement relay from the dealer, they had to look it up and it was replaced by a new version. Also, had to drill a new hole to mount, it came with a template. Was time consuming on a real hot day, but I did it myself and saved alot. If you are not afraid of trying, and have the time, it can be done.
