Question about 2003 Ford Explorer
At 40 mph road noise is really loud just put new cooper tires on so i dont think its the tires. at 50 mph noise seems to go away any suggestions

the noise started after tire rotation and service check and oil change. Seems to be the left front tire. Tires checked out good.
