Could be bad wheel bearing or ball joint or tie rod

Thanks - I can add that it also has been making a "ticking" noise when the wheel is tuned and you accelerate fom a stop. The sound goes away when the wheel straightens out.

Wnen ever i apply brakes at a stop sign it vibrate ot when i turn left it vibrates

If it tries pull the steering wheel back and forth, it is brake rotors. If it just vibrates threw the body and steering, it is the right side wheel bearing.

I replaced my tierod on the passenger front.there is still some play in the left to right there is also a humming sound at speeds 40+mph. it's coming from the hub bearing or ball joint.

Any wear or play in a bush or rod usually gives a 'knock' or causes vibration, not a humming noise.
If there's play in the steering wheel that may be due to a worn steering rack and pinion.

A worn ball joint can cause a 'crack' noise and depending on the wear, vibration that will be felt through the steering wheel. A worn ball joint can also cause the car to pull to one side.

A humming noise suggests it is either a brake rotor/pad, or a worn driveshaft or wheel bearing.

What causes my 2-wheel drive ranger to vibrate hard when I turn the steering wheel at low speeds only, like pulling out of garage? also does it in reverse. makes a noise near the rear when it is vibra

i would say it is a solenoid or air in the power steering lines but you would have to put a obd2 scanner and see what it says.
if i remember correct bleeding is as simple as removing the power steering cap and turning steering all the way left hold for 5 seconds then right and hold but you will need to look at oil in reservoir and see if it is bubbling while turning and holding. you will need a helper and if it is do this for 5-10 minutes.

check front end components to see if they are loose,if all is tight and good. it may need an alignment. does it pull left or right! and check the front tire air pressure.
