The heavy duty or 'circuit breakers' should be in the engine compartment, perhaps in front of the air breather. There are one or may be 2 inside behind the front side kick panels driver and passenger side, or under the steering wheel.

Better check the fuses closer. A test light is the easiest way, if you have one. If not, read your manual closely or pull the fuse and inspect it.

you can't just look at the fuses. buy a fuse tester, usually 10 bucks or so at any parts store. then you can properly check all the fuses. chances are that's what it is, but you have to check it the right way. find the bad one, and replace it. the people at the auto store should be able to help a little. hope that helps.

under the hood: 8, 16, 33,
