never run any IMMO car with 1 key, or you will get stranded, and some places that can be , very dangerous... indeed.
check all fuses.

if one immo is bad, its bad. easy huh, some need a battery.
my new car dont need a fob battery to work it has RF ID.
you can read how it works,
at read the security and immo pages.

and read all this for free........ including programming.

.2007 Toyota Camry XLE key fob not opening trunk remotely...also starting to have problems with it opening driver side door

First things first...replace the cheaper part first, the battery. It that works, great! If not, then you may need a new key fob then have it programed to your system.

Remote key lock

I assume your keyless entry is malfunctioning...Sometimes cleaning all of the contact points inside...(on the circuit board and buttons) can help. The battery life varies by use and design. Your local Batteries Plus can test/replace the battery as needed. Hope this helps.

The remote control devcie to unlock the doodrs and trunk will not work. We can use teh key to unlock the doors and the truck. We replaced the battery in the device and it worked for a few days. Any ideas...

if you put a new battery in it, then it sounds like it time for a new remote, you can open it and take a good look inside and make sure that the soider hasnt come loose, or the chip is not off the board, sometimes ithe inside controls come loose and cant be repair, this is common.

Remote start will work intermittently. have tried from 10 feet to 50 feet with same results. won't start. went to dealer they stated its because the range is not too high for the factory installed system....

Have you changed the battery in the remote?

Do so, then re-introduce the remote to the remote start system following the manufacturer's instructions, and the problem should be solved.

Keyless remote

There are fuses - 10a "guage" fuse, 30a "power" fuse, 25a "door" fuse, and 7.5a "dome" fuse - but I doubt that those are the problem. You can check them anyway. Might be a problem for a dealer.
