I have checked all the circuits by removing each fuse with a test light connected between the ground post and ground (ground disconnect from ground post). The light stayed on for each fuse removeal. The battery is about 1 year old and seems to take a charge OK.

see the diagram attached. test the cables, connector, for open, dirty, bad contacts. Switch, test for bad contacts, clean with contact cleaner, and finally test the motor for open or faulty.Test the fuse or . c.breaker for open or faulty, and clean contacts. God bless you
check you battery conection. maybe alose wire. clean battery termils.check for lose wire at starter. then if that doesnt work check your starter you can take it to auto zone and they will check it for you for free. but you have to take it off your self
SOUND LIKE DEAD BATTERY.CHECK BATTERY CABLES MAKE SURE THEY ARE TIGHT FREE FROM CORROSION.CHECK BATTERY VOLTAGE IT SHOULD BE 12.5 VOLTS.IF NOT CHARGE OR REPLACE BATTERY.MAKE SURE ALTERNATOR CHARGING BATTERY.WITH ENGINE RUNNING USING A DIGITAL VOLTMETER HOOK TO CAR BATTERY YOUR VOLTAGE OUT PUT SHOULD BE 13.5 TO 14.5 VOLTS.IF NOT CHECK ALTERNATOR FUSE AND ALTERNATOR WIRES MAKE SURE NONE OF THEM NOT LOOSE OR BROKEN.MAKE SURE DRIVE BELT NOT LOOSE.TURN OFF RADIO BEFORE REMOVING THE NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE.IF BATTERY AND ALTERNATOR GOOD CHECK THE IGNITION SWITCH FUSE.IF SWITCH FUSE IS GOOD.IGNITION SWITCH IS OPEN NEED REPLACING.DISARM AIRBAG IN STEERING WHEEL FIRST BEFORE REMOVING IGNITION SWITCH.REMOVE BATTERY NEGATIVE CABLE WAIT 20 MINUTES TO ALLOW AIRBAG TO DISCHARGE BEFORE REMOVING THE IGNITION SWITCH.
most of todays cars have small draws to maintain computer memory for the ECU and the radio. 50 mA or less normally.
If you have a higher draw than this you probably have a short somewhere. You can put an ammeter inline with your cars battery and pull fuses one at a time to see if a single circuit is at fault.
If the fuse pull doesnt work you will need to check for the fault backwards from the fuse panel. A continuity test with the battery off to see if the hot side is grounded ahead of the fuse panel should do it.
I just posted my experience in another place on this site but on my 1992 PA the accessories relay stuck closed. This relay is the one that allows you to listen to the radio etc and keep things on until you open the door then all shuts off. When it is stuck closed accessories keep running until your battery drains dead. The relay was replaced and all worked great.
got to be something left on though like cigarette lighter stuck in somewhere or interior light on or maybe light under hood or maybe trunk ? you mean the battery goes dead if you dont remove that fuse right ? thanks Jerry holler back if you need more.
