did you check the switch to the control cluster ? incase you dont know what im talkin about the switch that turns it on and off and adjusts speed? if its not that then do you have a blown fuse becouse the blower moter has an independant fuse some times in the fuse box there may be 2 1 in the car and the other under the hood try that let me know if its fixed

had the same problem with my kia sedona. Had to take to the shop for repair. I had checked all of the fuses and all tested ok, but apparently there is a fuse called an engine resistor fuse located somewhere on the motor that controls this. cost of repair was 300.00 Part was 150.00 plus labor, Maybe you can get a location by googleing it. I never could locate a Chilton manual,, only a complete set of books for 1500.00 apparently dont want shade tree mechanic like me working on it. Hope that helps.
