Your gonna have to take it to a dealer and see if they can hook a scanner up to it, some of the new touch screens and gps dash screens have a seperate computer that can be tapped to see what the issue is, if you want to venture yourself theres a few fuses on the back side of it and if one has blown that can cause your problem. I saw it on a bmw once before, but that was the only time.
