P0320 - Ignition Failure Sensor Circuit Malfunction

It sounds to me like you might just have a bad ignition failure sensor. This is very common; with the engine running check for battery voltage to the ignition failure sensor on the Pink wire, less than 0.05 volts on the Black wire, and battery voltage from the ignition failure sensor on the Black/White wire. Check for battery voltage to the coils on the Black/White wire and verify the voltage is the same as the voltage on the Pink wire at the ignition failure sensor. With the engine running, scope the signal on the Yellow/Red wire from the ignition failure sensor (click over image for zoom).

Potential Causes:
Ignition Failure Sensor
Ignition Failure Sensor Wiring

P0320 - Ignition Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction The ignition engine speed sensor input signal to PCM is continuously monitored. The test fails when the signal indicates that two successive erratic profile ignition pickup (PIP) pulses have occurred.
  • Loose wires/connectors.
  • Arcing secondary ignition components (coil, wires and plugs)
  • On board transmitter (2-way radio)
The DTC indicates that two successive erratic PIP pulses occurred.

Code po320 and code p1631

The Code 1631 is for no Alternator output. The Code 0320 is for a lack of power in the ignition coil circuit. Means the ECM is not recording a signal from the igniiton coil path. The coil path means the crankshaft sensor, the camshaft sensor, etc. Basically no power is going through the wires to reach the ECM.

Ingine will try to start but wont turn over they say i need a crankshaft sensor

QUESTION: Has anyone VERIFIED it's the Crank Sensor? Does the Check Engine light come ON when this happens? Whenever the "Check Engine" light comes on, there is always a DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) stored in the ECM (Engine Control Module). You'll need an OBDII (On-Board-Diagnostics) scanner to retrieve any codes recorded/set in ECM. Once you do this and let us know what, if any codes are set, then we can go from there.
If you find P0335 - Crankshaft position sensor circuit malfunction, then I'd say they are correct (after you eliminate wiring/connections as the cause).
