If I Remember Correctly, Those Have A Black Plastic Plenum On Top Of Alluminum Intake. Just Remove All Wiring Hooked To Area Of Consern, Remove Fuel Lines From Fuel Rail, Remove Fuel Rail, Remove All Bolts From Plenum, Drain Coolant, And Remove Intake. Just Remember, It's Not As Hard As It Looks. It's Just Nuts And Bolts. Remove Anything That You See Can Stop You From Removing What You Need. Good Luck

I had same problem on 2000 Lesabre blowing cold on passenger and warm on driver. I fixed it by adding more freon even though it had 28 pounds of preasure. Now it works great!

the torque spec's require you to tightened to 10 ft lbs and then tighten another 30 degress which will give you about 12 to 15 ft lbs of torque. make sure that you start in the middle and work your way out when tightening manifold because it will crack easily.
