210K Miles?
Knock for 40K Miles?
Suggest its time to replace the motor.

I would not have flushed the oil with that many miles; but you might have them change the oil and filter with a heavy weight oil if you had 5-30 try 20-30, if you had 10-30 try 20-50.
Stall after the oil change can be a co-incidence but check something was not knocked loose.

IF you have rear wheel drive then check the u-joints for wear/loose. Check slip joint for wear . Check rear engine mount is in good condition. Check wheel balancing

My engine was knocking and was over filled with oil it when i bought the car i was told not to drive over 40 miles per hour and when i hit 50 miles there was a loud knock and i had to tow the car then...

you need to clean er out by revving the engine on high RPM for at least 20 minutes.

in other words floor it and hold it whils she screams and gets cleaned out.

Vehicle hakes when driving 45 to 50 miles per hour

Check wheel balance,
check steering linkages for loosness - such as tie rod ends, steering rack linkages etc,
check driveline for worn/loose joints and bearings.

Driver front side wheel

Sounds like you have a failing wheel bearing. Once you start hearing it, does it get louder or more high pitched the faster you go? Do you hear it get quieter when you turn left at speed, or louder when you go right at speed? If any of those are a yes, I'd have the wheel bearing inspected and replaced if necessary.
