Has a miss when lightly give it the gas, after that it run good. Have change the air filter But not the gas filter

Most likely bad igniton coil. You will get alot of them over time with a ford.
Any PO 300 codes may help. 304 would be coil #4
Any other codes except ignition, do not tell you what to replace.
You may get a 304 and it not #4, if you got a really bad spike on another coil.
I like to unplug the EGR Valve, when working on misfires on a ford.
Make sure you have no vacuum leaks anywhere. Repeat, anywhere. Even around air filter and ducting.
The EGR will fail any day also,if it hasn't since 2004.
Spray throttle with CRC Throttle Body Cleaner and MAF,with CRC MAF Cleaner

Multiple cylinder mis fire and then 300 301 302 303 304 codes also on can you help me out in anyway please its starts bucking around 60 mph have changed #2 cat mas plugs wires coil now i am...

those codes are telling you what you already know you have a miss fire. 300 is multiple and 301 thru 304 is the individual cylinder. could also be a fuel injector,or the injection system, bad gas or fuel filter ,vacume leak, realy it could be alot of things you have replaced plugs gapped correctly checked your wires and replaced your coil. so look to vacume leaks and injectors.
if you dont have a do ityourself book i suggest you invest if you plan to keep the car, and i suggest you dont buy exspensive parts unless your absolutly sure its the problem.easy check for mass air flow with engine at an idle tap on the side with the plastic end of a screw driver if the idle stumbles your mass air flow is going bad. it might not be your only problem only you know when you had the services done on your 10 year old car

po328 is your knock sensor the po300-304 is your cranksensor change that and most problems will go away remember to disconnect the battery
the knocksensor can still play a roll if the car doesn't want to start each one of thors sensors are at autozone 40.00 bucks to 60:00 covers it

PO229 indicates tps circut inttermitent.
Po300 303 and 304 indicate missfires on cyl 3 and 4.. Was the fuel filter primed before starting the engine? If not ,remove and reinstall filter. Then prime filter with pump that is on fuel filter adapter. Once this is done restart and verify o/k
