Check the fan belt tension. If it still makes a squeaking noise then put graphite powder on the fan belt.

SOURCE: 1999 dodge durango 5.9 v8 loud squealing noise

You didn't mention the alternator, power steering pump, or water pump. In fact, any pulley other than the crankshaft one can have a bad bearing or dry seal. Remove the belt and spin each pulley while listening for any rough noise or squeal. If it was the crankshaft, it might be time to check the oil. Start the engine with the belt off to see if it does squeal. Make sure the noise isn't coming from the radiator fan(s).

Power steering pulley or tensioner pulley?

Take the tension off the belt and then move each pulley by hand . If the tensioner pulley feels rough or makes a noise, replace it. Same goes for the power steering, although the pump may be noisy without the pulley feeling loose.

My car is making whinning high pitch sounds when im driving then it will stop and eventually come back, is it the power stearing pump or the power stearing hose leaking

You most likely have a leak. You shouldn't ever have to add power steering fluid. It is best to get it checked out and repaired while the leak is small. If you wait, the leak will get worse and the oil gets dumped on hoses, belts, wiring harnesses, computer sensors, etc. and can cause severe damage to all of these items, as well as rubber engine mounts and suspension parts. To properly maintain your vehicle, NO fluid leak should EVER be "tolerated". Fluid leaks (of all types) are the leading cause of sending cars to the scrap yard way before their time.

Motor making a loud tapping noise

Please open the bonnett and identify the tapping noise before we can decide on a possible fault.
It can be the slapping of belt, the water pump, the idler pulley, alternator.
If not the noise may be coming from the engine, possible tappet, cam noise or crank pulley being loose.
It is better you carefully hear the location of noise.A possible hint, spray some water to the belt, pulley, water pump, alternator pulley to see if the noise dies off . if so replace the confirmed part.
If within engine, teh section has to be confirmed but only after removing section.
Hope this help to identify. good day

Growling engine noise only at idle. Cam area

Take all of the belts off for a short run at idle. If the sound goes away it is pulley related, spin each pulley and listen for bearing noise, also check for play at this time.

If the noise does not go away when the motor is driving no accessories you have a more serious problem.
