Question about 2004 Cadillac SRX
We cannot remove the key from the car or turn it off completely. The gas and temperature gauges do not work. The traction control light is on and the switch doesn't turn it off.
There is usually a button on bottom of the steering column to push to take the key out of the ignition. it should allow you to turn the key to the lock position
