SOURCE: im looking to replace the
open the hood. There is a large lever on the top side of most GM models. Lift the lever,, which releases the entire headlight assembly. Be ready to hold onto the assembly when you life the lever. You may want to do a search for the many many many different degrees of lights you have an option to for your vehicle. Normal, long lasting, white light, halogen bright light, normal halogen,, so very many. Be careful NEVER to touch your new blub with your bear fingers. This could cause them to immdiately fail when you turn them on. Make sure that when you put the assembly back into place, and press the lever back down, the lever locks into place. That is the only thing that is holding the entire corner or assembly inplace

Remove 3 or 4 of the plastic pins holding the inner fender. They are located around the lip of the fender opening. The pins are removed by pulling the center cap of the pin straight out about an 1/8" and then wiggle and pull the whole pin out.
Pull the inner fender down and back.
Reach your arm in and grab the socket and squeeze the locking tab.
Rotate the socket counter-clockwise less than a quarter turn, and pull straight back.
Reach your other hand in and remove the bulb by pulling it straight out of the socket. It takes a 3157 bulb

Testimonial: "Thank you so much for your help. Really I had ask the question about 3 months ago, but since I didn't had it fixed yet, it's OK now. Franco"
SOURCE: My brake lights went out
If all the brake light went out at the same time, then i would look at the brake switch. this is located along the brake pedal somewhere. remove it and play with it and see if will get them going again. if you do get the lights to start working, replace the switch. good luck.
