Varies from one vehicle to another. Some set cold and not running, while others set hot and running.

P0093 - Fuel System Leak Detected Large Leak
I would have a fuel pressure leak down test run, it may be a failed pressure check valve in the fuel pump inside the fuel tank and the system sees this as a leak. Don't replace any parts until the test is run, the part is very expensive to replace on this make of vehicle.
