Probably your dimmer switch. If everything else has power then then thats about all that is left.

SOURCE: drl not working nor are low beams high beams work properly

Ok look under the bagtterry tray, there is a black box bolted to the body, it is the headlight ground and has a really bad tendency to corode due to the design.

SOURCE: High beams work but low beams do not. Fuses seem to be good

Hi

I would start with the dimmer switch if you know the lights are good dimmer switches do this you will lose your high beam or you will lose your low beam when they go bad.

SOURCE: 1998 pontiac grad prix low beams not working?

It sounds like it's your Headlight switch has gone bad, I'm thinking that the high beams are the daytime running light which is the same as your High beams.

If you go to Auto Zone or Parts Source, they have the replacement switch with step by step instructions.

If you remove the headlight switch from the dash, check the orange wire for power, if there is 12 volts. Good chance's are that the switch is bad, common on the GM's.
Good luck and keep me posted.

Have a 2007 outback the low beam headlights are not working

I would first check the bulbs to see if they are blown on the low-beam tungsten coils, if the bulbs are fine, then check the fuse and relay. If the fuse is good, pull the the low-beam relay (if equipped) and swap it with another "like" relay, ie: fog lamp relay (if equipped). Or something not important during this test, like the A/C cooling fan relay. If all that checks out, then I would move on to diagnosing the multi-function switch.

I hope this info helps!

Both of my low beams just stopped working at once. High beams work fine, and bulbs seem to be good. We've replaced the fuses also, and it hasn't worked. what would cause the low beams to both just quit...

The headlight relay has probably failed. This relay is in the underhood fuse box. There are typically two of the same relays in there, so you can swap the low-beam relay for the high-beam relay to verify the problem before you shell out $30 for new relay.

Low beam headlamps wont turn on change bulbs and checked fuses and still wont come on.

did you check for a relay in your fuse panel? there should be a relay that controls your low beams and one for your high beams. check for that and then if high beams are working swap it with low beam relay. if your problem switches to low beams working and high beams not working replace the bad relay.

High-low beams not working

Check for headlight relay and fuse. Some cars have separate circuits for head light flasher and normal high/low beam. From your description, I would suspect a bad connection to/from relay or relay itself.
