Hi, yes it indicate this, a grounding issue. Check your battery ground and any other you will see to the frame in the engine compartment. You may want to have the alternator checked out at Auto Zone, as this is free of charge. Just make sure the cables are clean and tight. Loose grounds or corroded ones will cause this for sure.
