It's a new transmision. It acts like if it was pulling a load, I think that's what the computer is telling it, if I put a load in it , it stops

Check the vacuum switch on the transmission. Also check to see that the vacuum pump is providing enough vacuum.

Lots can cause this. Glow plugs, injectors, injector harness, low oil pressure and still more. Needs to be on a scanner to figure out.

Replaced clutch but now hard to shift into gear. will go but hard to shift. heard there was a safety on these that if brake lite not coming on will not go into gear properly.

If it's going into gear hard it's most likely because the clutch is not disengaging enough. Do you have a lot of free play? Does the clutch start to grab with the pedal real close to the floor? If so, check the the nylon bushing under the dash where the pushrod for the clutch master cylinder attaches to the arm. Is the pedal real spongy, is there air in the hydraulic system? Another posibility is that you damaged the pilot bearing causing it to drag and it keeps trying to turn the trany. If you get the rolling a little then try to put it into gear, will it go in easier? If so the clutch is dragging. There is nothing with the brake lights that will cause it to shift hard. With an automatic trany the brake lights will unlock the torque converter. Also with a 4X4 and automatic trany and electric shift on the transfer case, the transfer will not shift unless the trany is in "N" and your foot is on the brake. There is nothing on a manual set up that anything to do with brake lights and shifting.

Hard shifting, hard to get out gear and hard to put in gear

The mechanic should inspect then repair the shifting gears. And the gears on the transmission should be repaired or replace if worn out .the shift fork also have a problem it should be repaired or adjusted.

1995 crown vic gear problems/gear shift wont lock

most likely the shift tube bushings are bad- you may have also lost a few screws in the shift tube or they could just be loose. you have to pull the steernig column down to inspect/repair it.

2000 f-250 running rough, overdrive light flashing

Get the codes that were saved when the "engine light" came on and post them here. (You can get them retrieved for free from Auto Zone).

I'm going to take real *wild* guess that somehow that rough spot you hit actually impacted the oxygen sensor and disconnected it or damaged it.

1978 Granada 250 shift points are off

Sounds like you may have accidentally removed the vacuum line to the modulator valve on the back of the transmission. (worst case, the headers may have burned through the hose, but either way, this is more than likely the problem.
Hope this helps
Chris.
