i would start by checking the ground cables on the battery clean or replace as needed.cheap fixs first as i like to try.hope this help.

Did you replace the antennea with the EXACT same one,or did you get an aftermarket one ? Did you replace/reinstall the rubber/plasitic gasket that sit's under the base where the antennea mount's on the truck ? If you answered yes to ALL of these question's,then your problem lie's in the cable itself. Be sure that you have the CORRECT one (cable) because where the cable connect's to the antennea there can be no play (looseness) or you WON'T get the proper signal.
