Question about 2001 Chrysler Town & Country
I have Chrysler 1994 town and country, When I start engine RPM goes high and low and motor cuts off, When parking at stop light it really forcing to take off even i break it hard. After driving few miles it doesn't jerk.
In exhaust pipe before and/after catalyst converter. But o2 sensor is not going to fix your problem. Reason you are getting a lean code out of computer is because you have a vacuum leak. Chrysler was cheap and since computer doesn't have mass air flow sensor, it doesn't know why the idle air control valve can't open to desired position before engine rpm raises to high. Caused by vacuum leak. Which computer shows up as running lean or not enough fuel, when in reality its getting to much air and correct amount of fuel

That is your idle air control valve . it is located on the throttle body next to the throttle position sensor

Sounds to me like a dry, loose or worn serpentine belt. With the motor idling, lightly spray the serpentine belt as it's spinning with WD-40 or other oil based lubricant (Don't spray near the alternator). If this doesn't work, turn the mortor off and check the tension and for cracks or worn spots. The brakes will not squeal when you are completely still.

you need to put a scanner on it and see what code comes up.
my guess would be the crank sensor which is very common .

Well first it should only restart in park or nuetral, any check engine light on? May be fuel pump if not. Listen for pump running in fuel tank. Should run at key on for a few seconds. If check engine light on, it should be scanned for codes, possible crank sensor

I do not have a diagram but, bank 1 is the bank where #1 cylinder is at. other side would be bank #2. so bank #1 o2 sensor is just before convertor.
