Try seeing if any of the codes are set off. On your climate control section with the ignition on hold the off and warmer button and the display will cycle through the codes. Could be a wheel sensor I had a c1225 LF sensor. Could also be a problem with the Wheel speed sensor harness see TSB# 0005-25-003. When I called my dealer about this TSB they didn't know anything about it. If you shut off the car and disengage the traction control, in the glove box, do the codes go away?

It will be under the spare tire cover. This looks like the size of a credit card and has a lot of numbers and letters. It is called the RPO label. The paint code is on the very bottom of the label and will usually have a u or an l.This stands for upper and lower if the car is a two tone.Hope this helps.Good luck.

The most common overheating problem with the Northstar engine is a blocked purge line. It's job is to purge air out of the cooling system.
There is a small diameter hose coming from near the top of the coolant tank, this is the purge line.
With the engine idling, pull the purge line from the tank,if there is no coolant flow from this small hose,it is blocked and this will cause overheating. If the hose is clear, check for blockage at the nipple on the tank.Or trace the hose back until you find the blockage. The hose goes in to the engine to a crossover and comes out the other side to near the thermostat housing, the blockage may be there.
