SOURCE: Need help with 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe Audio Wiring

Sounds like you need a light tester. I would guess that at least 8 of the wires are speaker + & - the others will be Main power and earth Possibly electric ariel, Memory store and a wire for the anti theft circuit. Assuming the stereo is factory. Any Audio shop can perform a test to clarify the purpose of the wires Wouldnt worry about the blank its probably a position for a newer or different model to yours. Where is the auxiliary input in 2007 sante fe elite

If you don't see anything on the radio saying "auxiliary output" with a little earphone jack then you aren't Aux ready.

You might be able to go to a stereo shop and have them install an auxiliary output plug. They will pull the factory stereo out and splice/plug in an output wire that you can plug your iPod into.

What is the pink wire for in the stereo of a 2006 Hyundai Santa fe? and what do I connect the dimmer wirefrom the santa fe to in a new stereo

The pink wire from the stereo unit is often the dimmer wire, and is connected to a power feed from the vehicle's side lights. Not all stereos have a dimmer function however, and may not have this wire available.

What causes speedometer jumps up and down or not read until after you reach 40 mpg on 04 hyundia santa fe?

Is there anything after market installed in the car? Alarm, radio, mobile video? The speedometer works off of reading voltage, a coded signal. Sometimes if something is installed, it could pinch the wire, be tapped into the wrong wire. If that is the case, take back to get looked at. If that is not the case then you may need to see a mechanic.

Right rear brake squeals during light braking. Issue started after installing new pads and rotors on all 4 wheels. Since then the pad has been replaced twice (once with a different brand), rotor once,...

Did you put after market pads on or Hyundai pads, there is a differance with the newer cars, dealer pads are made for that car, I know there expensive, but they are better.

On my 2002 Santa Fe, while playing the radio the speakers keep going on and off; but the cd player is fine. How would I gain access to replace the stereo?

to access the stereo you need to remove the dash piece around the control panel. after that you will see 2 or 4 screws holding in the stereo housing remove that and the stereo should slide right out. good luck.

Hyundai santa fe 2004 how can i install two front seat,

2 bolts in each of the seats' floor rails... total of 8. Wire harness connectors may not be the same power seat control harness, seat heaters, etc. Research of connectors shows floor harness connectors are identical between 04 & 05. However, optional features like seat warmers in the wire harness of the 05 model may not exist in the other and vise versa.
