2002 chrysler seabring what is the estimated cost of replacing the water pump

That would depend on the engine size and where you live. The water pump is around $50-$75 but if it is driven by the timing belt the belt is usually replaced too. Local labor rates vary from state to state.

Took my van in for and oil change and the head gasket was leaking so they replaced it now the van smells like antifreeze and makes a gurgaling sound like there is air in the system and hums almost like a...

First double check the coolant level, the gurgling noise is probably from an air lock created when refilled. Check by removing the rad cap, not just reservoir level. Top up coolant level if needed, the noise should go away shortly. The coolant smell is most likely from doing the job itself. If it wasn't drained properly, some coolant will spill onto or even into the exhaust system. When it heats it will smell like coolant until burned off. The hum noise I'm not sure, alternators create more of a whine noise. It could also be from spilling coolant on the serpentine belt, it may squeal for a while afterwards. A good technician will always, drain coolant fully first, and should shampoo the engine after the job to eliminate any mess they created. If any of the noises continue, or the coolant is still low after a few days, return it to the garage for further diagnosis.

Noises an smoke

its kind of hard to say on the whining noise - could just be a belt. Try spray WD40 on your belts when its idling and see if the noise lessens or goes away. If you have smoke coming out of your exhaust you need to determine the color / smell of the smoke. If it is white / light gray colored and "sweet" smelling then you are burning coolant which means you probably have a cracked head gasket. If it appears blueish and is "burnt" smelling then you are burning oil which means you may have a worn seal, gasket, o-ring, etc. If is dark / black colored then your fuel mixture is too rich which could be a bad O2 sensor, fuel pump, or fuel injectors.

My 1997 seabring had a high pitched noise while

From your discription, sounds to me something vital in your transmission has went out. Pull the dip stick and smell the trans. oil if it smells burnt chanses are you need a rebuild or replacement. Even if the oil dosent smell burnt, with that kind of millage and the shuddering when it shifted leads me to that conclusion.
