Take the old one with...you mean rubber, not plastic, right? The heater coolant hoses?
The rubber hoses are easily replaced. You just need the proper size and length. Take the old one with you to any parts store. Add a little 50-50 solution of anti-freeze to top off your coolant after you're done.
If you mean some plastic hose, you'll have to explain.
