Question about Peugeot Liberte
Yes 10A fuse under bonnet next to battery causing no wash cycle but wipers as normal. Probably due to frozen pump in cold weather. Just done mine.

Under the bonnet, in the 'black box' next to the Battery ..
PS the main fuse panel is found under the steering wheel (access from inside the car, cover flap hinges down after 3x 15mm plastic screw heads turned)

The washer pipe comming from the tank to the jets is probably folding over of touching something between the bonnet and the check the pipe is in place where it folds with the going up and down
