you need to make sure the wires are on the glass on each side and there is no broken wires in the glass there is a repair kit at a auto store to fix if you have a volt meter test it and that way you can find the problem look for breaks in the wire in the glass and do not for get the wires on each side of the glass.

SOURCE: how to adjust halogen headlights on bmw z4

The adjustment screws/nuts should be located either on the top of the headlamp assembly, behind the headlamp assembly, or near the frame rail by the radiator support.

You will have vertical adjustment screws for each independent beam (separate highs and separate lows, but will be same screw if highs and lows are the same bulb). You may also have additional horizontal adjustment screws as well

Park your car on a level ground 30 feet from a wall and measure the height from the ground to the bulb and mark on a wall (do this for highs beams and low beams if the bulbs are separate, if highs and lows are the same bulb, only do it for the lows)

If the headlights read VOR, then aim the brightest part or cutoff part just below the mark on the wall. If it says VOL or nothing, aim them 2 inches below the mark on the wall.

Where is the oil dipstick located?

Check your owner's manual. In my 2007 BMW X3 , there is no dipstick but the oil is checked electronically on the dashboard. I think it's kind of stupidly complex, but many people don't know how to open the hood, I guess!

Exclamaion in parentheses light bmw z4 2007

If it looks like the image below, it's a low tire-pressure warning. Check your tire pressures to make sure they are set to the pressures recommended by BMW (there's a sticker to the right, on the inside of the driver-side door frame). That sticker will give recommended tire pressures for front and rear tires.

There should be a button in your center console (in front of the gear shifter) with this same image on it -- hold down that button for 5 seconds to see if it resets the indicator light.

Car that I am looking at has remote keyless entry but the shop selling it doesn't have the remote key for the car. It only has the spare key. the car is a 2007 bmw 3.0i z4 convertible. Can the remote key...

My advice, If it's not a bmw garage then look around for another Z4. You would have to get the key programed to that car which will be expensive.

I do not know the exact cost but for peice of mind phone the bmw garage and ask then how much that would cost to fix.

I would look around for another, when spending that sort of money you want everything with the car to be spot on with no missing bits.

Dan
