Question about 2000 Ford Focus
Relay clicks with horn. Nothing with rear windscreen wiper except water pump running but no water
I presume you mean wiper water pump... first locate the relays for the horn and rear wiper and replace them... usually found in the fuse panel under the dash... then fill up the rear water resevoir for the back wiper and try it again.

Horn relay clicking ,right get someone to hold horn on and clout with a small hammer a few times ,you will hear it start working again promise.Rear wiper??? open tailgate and check the wires where they leave the body and pass through a rubber sleeve into the tailgate ,sure you will find some broken wires their???other suggestion by bunnydawg,well sounds like hes a dealer unit changer and not a mechanic
