SOURCE: clutch assembly

Just put it back the same way you took it off. If you buy the right clutch kit (Sachs I think) it should come with a disc alignment tool. Remember to tighten the pressure plate bolts evenly all the way around the plate. And don't forget the pilot bushing or bearing.

My 93 Isuzu pup go in gear but don't move the clutch was slipn and now nothing is it the clutch and is it hard to install one

Sounds as if clutch has died. Replacement requires removal of either the trans or the engine and resurfacing of the flywheel, so some special tools are needed and a good torque wrench. Buy a shop manual for complete procedure.

Picture diagram or written detailed instructions on how to replace heater core in a 92 ford taurus?

I have done this in an '86 Sable which is very similar. It is a very long process (an 8-10 hour job as listed by Ford Service).

Basically, you are going to have to drain the coolant, evacuate the air conditioning system of refrigerant, disconnect the battery, disable the airbag system (if applicable), remove the panel under the steering wheel, drop the steering column, remove the dashboard, cut the A/C plenum and remove the A/C evaporator, remove the heater core.

This is a very big job for a do-it-yourselfer, but it has been done. I highly recommend buying a Chilton manual or borrowing from a library. Some libraries have the Chilton manuals available for viewing online.

Good luck from Detroit, MI

P.S.: When I did all that on my Sable, it turned out that the heater core wasn't leaking... the hose clamps were loose and a hose was shooting coolant through the firewall into the heater plenum! D'oh!

Need the diagram for clutch assemby, mainly clutch pedal spring set up for 1993 isuzu rodeo

There's not much to it really, just a mounting bracket, a pedal arm and a simple twist-spring.

My clutch pedal in my 1996 ford f150 goes to the floor and doesn't come back up. I flush the hydraulic line and refilled it. What could be wrong?

Hi,
The problem is the clutch master, it needs a new assembly.
Replace the clutch master assembly and piston inside don't retract anymore, rubber caps are already worn out. The cheapest way is buying a new set of clutch master kit( internal parts only ).
Bleed the system afterwards.

Hope that helps you out!

I need a diagram of the rear brake assembly. (He wants pictures how to assemble the springs) We have found that the Chilton website charges. (don't blame 'em they have to sell books.)

if you haven`t started do one side first then the other.if you have it apart then you could go to the library and get a book for the car that will show you what you need.you don`t say what car and year this is as some are different than others even in the same manufacture make.

Own a 2003 Mustang Cobra, need to know where to look to be able to adjust the clutch assembly, thanks!

If it's a stock set up you adjust the clutch by lifting the clutch pedal up.
The instructions are in your owners manual or if you don't have it go to this Ford website to view or download it for free.
