The armrest bolt takes a torx wrench but you can use an allen wrench if you have one that fits just right. When you pull it off, you will see a rod sticking out of the side of the seat with a little set screw threaded all the way thru it. That adjusts the height of the armrest. Turn it down some more and your armrest should sit more parellel. There is a bushing in there too that keeps the armrest from wobbling. Mine is broke and the armrest wobbles a little but at least it sits straight. Try that, it should work for you.

I am sorry we have info on all USA models and some common eurozone models like VW, Audi etc. This is not a common make and we have no info on it. Sorry
