On the windows you just may have a blown fuse to then. And as far as the key not going to the off position you may have to shake the wheel side to side to get the key to move to the off position. Now on the blinler and tail light. Take the scoket out and remove the balb. There is probley going to be some corrotion in it. Use some Coke a Cola and with the light off pour some in it and then dry it out. You will see 4 contacts in there make sure they are shiny and then look at the balb to see if you may have a blown bulb. Replace and reinstall.

More than likely its the bulb, the bulb has two filements, one for brake and one for turn signal, If you take it out and hold it up to a light, i bet youll find with a close look one filiment is broken!

I had the same problem! I used a piece of wood to keep the break pedal depressed and then started to remove one of the break lamps and to my surprise it came on! Same thing on the other side. So I did not seat (bottom out) the lamps in their sockets and both break light are now working properly. I had a similar issue last spring but that time only one light was out. I put in a new bulb and it still did not work so I messed around with it a little more and it started working. Never did figure it out until now. Hope this helps!
